About Jordan Thome

MLS and Sutton Award Recipient

Jordan brings to Greater Victoria real estate a working knowledge of land, subdivision and construction that informs every recommendation he makes. Alongside representing buyers and sellers, he has developed the seven-lot Randall Place subdivision with his father, serviced land, and built new residential homes.

Born and raised in Victoria, Jordan is a graduate of St. Michaels University School. He enrolled in Business Administration at the College of Alberta in Lethbridge and later attended Camosun College, then worked in the banking sector before entering real estate in 2006 with Royal LePage. He partnered with his father, Don, and together they formed The Thome Group, now working out of Sutton Group West Coast Realty.

A multiple-time recipient of MLS and Sutton awards, Jordan is known among Victoria's real estate community for honest counsel, and for the strong professional relationships he has built with colleagues across the market.

Away from work, Jordan is a keen golfer with a passion for cars, and he enjoys the outdoors and travelling with his wife of more than twenty years, Carrie, and their two dogs.

About Don Thome

Licensed Since 1981

Don has been licensed full time in Victoria real estate since 1981, a career spanning more than four decades of the region's growth. A longtime resident of Broadmead, he sold most of the neighbourhood as it was developed and marketed many of its new single-family and townhome developments. An MLS Gold Award winner, he has also built and developed, including the seven-lot Randall Place subdivision with his son.

Born in Vancouver, Don moved to Victoria in 1974 and joined the Victoria Real Estate Board in 1981. He co-founded the Victoria Rebels Baseball Association and served as its president, and Jordan played for the Rebels through his youth. In 2006 his son joined him, and together they formed The Thome Group, both now working out of Sutton Group West Coast Realty.

Over a long career, Don has built lasting relationships with colleagues and clients throughout the Victoria market. Away from work, he enjoys golf and music, and lives with his wife, Faye, whom he married in 1978.
